Sarvochh is an exam preparation platform built for Indian competitive exam aspirants. We provide practice questions, mock tests, and performance analytics across SSC, Railways, Banking, Insurance, and Defence exam categories. The platform is operated as an individual business under Indian law.
To use Sarvochh, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each account is for a single user only. Sharing your account with others is not permitted. Your paid plan is tied to a single device and a single billing cycle — we reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of misuse or account sharing.
Purchasing a plan (free or paid) grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use content solely within the Sarvochh app, for your own personal exam preparation.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Sarvochh offers both free and paid plans. All users — regardless of plan — access content exclusively through the Sarvochh app. There is no offline access, no downloadable content, and no web-based practice interface at this time.
Your access to content tied to a paid plan remains active for as long as your plan is active. If your plan lapses or is cancelled, access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.
Sarvochh reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content from the platform at any time without notice, including questions, exam categories, and features.
All purchases are made through sarvochh.com/me and processed via Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to these terms.
Plan fees are charged on a monthly basis. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@sarvochh.com within 7 days of the charge.
Mock top-up credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Paid plans are locked to a single Android device per billing cycle. You may switch your device once per billing cycle. Attempting to access a paid account from multiple devices simultaneously is not permitted and may trigger an automatic account suspension.
You agree to use Sarvochh only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not use the platform to:
Sarvochh is a practice platform. We do not guarantee exam success, specific scores, or selection in any government recruitment process. Results depend entirely on the effort and preparation of the individual user.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarvochh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
