Refund Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

We offer a 72-hour free trial with no card required. We encourage you to try Sarvochh before purchasing a plan.

1. General Policy

All purchases on Sarvochh are non-refundable once processed, except as described below or as required by applicable Indian law.

Because Sarvochh provides immediate access to digital content (questions, mock tests, and analytics) upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with content after access has been granted.

2. Free Trial

Every new Sarvochh account receives a 72-hour free trial that includes one full mock test and ad-free practice across all modules. No payment is required to start the trial.

We strongly recommend using your free trial to evaluate the platform before making any purchase.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

We will process a full refund in the following situations:

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original payment date by emailing support@sarvochh.com with your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID.

4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Plan Cancellation

Sarvochh plans are billed monthly. You may choose not to renew your plan at the end of the billing cycle. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

There is no automatic recurring billing — each monthly plan requires a new purchase. You will not be charged automatically.

6. Pack Switching

If you wish to switch from one pack to another within the same billing cycle, contact us at support@sarvochh.com. We handle switching requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a credit note for the remaining value of your current plan.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Contact

For refund requests or payment-related queries, contact us at support@sarvochh.com. Please include your registered email address, Razorpay payment ID, and a brief description of the issue.
